Can you Cook Cauliflower on a Blackstone Griddle?

Yes, cauliflower cooks perfectly on the Blackstone Griddle. After cutting the cauliflower in florets then place on the griddle. We recommend adding some olive oil to griddle and allow the cauliflower to steam under a dome.

This allows the cauliflower to cook perfectly and tender.

  • Cauliflower (approximately 2 lbs)
  • Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Butter

How to Cook Cauliflower on Blackstone Griddle:

  • Step 1 – Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F).
  • Step 2 – Spread the oil out onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it out.
  • Step 3 – Dice the cauliflower into small florets and spread it out on the grill. Season the cauliflower with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  • Step 4 – Let the cauliflower cook for 4-5 minutes until one side is browned.

  • Step 5 – Flip the cauliflower and cover the cauliflower with a dome. Let the cauliflower steam under the dome for 3-4 minutes.

How long to Cook Cauliflower on a Griddle:

We love this side dish because it doesn’t take long to cook on the griddle. Once you have cut the cauliflower in florets, place on the grill. Season the cauliflower while on the griddle. Cook cauliflower for about 4 to 5 minutes flip, and cover with a dome.

Allow cauliflower to steam under the dome for a few minutes then flip and cook for 4 minutes uncover.

The cauliflower will be browned and tender after cooking in under 15 minutes.

Can you make this Indoors?

Yes, you can cook cauliflower on an indoor griddle or a cast iron skillet. We really like cooking on the cast iron skillet because it cooks similar to cooking it on the griddle.
